Our family is seeking a part-time experienced housekeeper and nanny to assist us with (deep and light) cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, floors, steam cleaning, fridge, sanitization, vacuuming, sweeping outdoors, cleaning windows etc.), laundry (washing, folding changing bedsheets), meal preps, and general household errands. We also are looking for this candidate to be able to take care of a 1 year old baby 1-2 days per week. We are flexible in hours but ideally seeking someone who is available (4-6 hrs) for 2-3 days per weekday and is looking for a long term position. Our last housekeeper/nanny was with us for 2.5 years and we would love to find someone who we can call family. The right candidate will have great attention to detail and will be a fast learner and hard worker. Must be available on a weekly basis for 10-18 hours a week, provide references and have their own car. Starting wage is negotiable and based on experience. Seasonal bonuses included for the right candidate. Part-time Housekeeper Starting October 28

We are looking to hire someone for a part time (3 days a week) position to join our family in the end of October as our current Nanny will be moving on as our 3 children are now full time school aged. We are a very busy household and have 2 boys aged 11 and 7, and a girl who is 4 - I am a stay at home mom. Hours would be 3 days per week 7 hours per day. The ideal candidate would be experienced with housework, a detailed cleaner, self motivated and very good at keeping things organized - making beds, cleaning and also keeping toys, backpacks, closets, lockers, drawers organized, doing all family laundry, washing bed linens, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms (oven, fridge, dishwashers, microwave, toilets, showers, sinks), cleaning and vacuuming floors, organizing the pantry, deep cleaning the fridge, organizing and cleaning the garage, cleaning outdoor furniture and patios, outdoor and indoor planter watering, taking in packages and organizing the mail, dog walking. Someone who is a hard worker and able to take on tasks without a huge amount of direction (obviously after training has been completed) - example noticing that the garage needs a clean without necessarily being directed. Or noticing that bed linens are soiled so washing those as opposed to just making the bed. We also have a small Boston Terrier dog who is 12 with lots of energy, but very sweet. We are located in Eagle Harbour in West Vancouver in a newly renovated 6000 square foot home. We are just a few blocks off Marine Drive so very accessible via public transit. The position would start at the end of October and would involve 6-8 hours 3 days per week - preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
