Seeking a part-time companion to regularly visit a 90+ year old living in an increased care facility. While a Punjabi speaking companion is preferred, Hindi can be considered, but the individual must be able to translate to English. A police check will be required and the individual must be eligible to work in Canada.  The companion will be non-smoking and must be able to get themselves to and from the place of care.  The expectation of the companion is to give company to the elder, carry on conversations, and read/translate newspapers to the patient at the place of care. All health care needs will be provided by the certified staff in the licensed care facility.  The salary will be $15 an hour, and the schedule will be to visit the companion for one hour on each of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays, during either the morning or afternoon at a regular time.
