I am looking for applicants to care for someone in my family who is disabled. The position is for 40 hours per week but the applicant may choose to work fewer hours per day, fewer than 5 days a week, or only afternoons or only overnights or a mix of both. These can be discussed during the interview. The job duties include help with companionship, food preparation, cleaning and dressing, toileting, massaging, exercising, mobility and housekeeping. The applicant should have caregiving or nursing training, be pleasant, compassionate, patient, diligent and those qualities which a caregiver should have. I provide on-the-job training to all my workers to enrich their knowledge.
