In the morning, to get me dressed and up into wheelchair. Every 2 days I do BM (poo) suppository, poo in bed. In the evening I take a shower, dry off and put to bed, massage with massage device/machine, RoM (range of motion) on feet and legs. Light household cleaning tasks, vacuuming, mopping floor., laundry etc
