We are looking for a live-in caregiver on a full-time basis for a young male with severe neuromuscular disorder who is confined to a wheelchair. He needs assistance in all activities of daily living including but not limited to mobility assistance with transfering using special equipment, turning in bed, dressing and undressing, feeding, medications, toileting and bowel routines, washing, showering, shaving, brushing teeth, grooming, assistance with communication, meal preparation, dish washing, laundry and other housekeeping tasks. Job Requirements: at least 1 year of experience suporting physically challenged people; ability to speak English, Uzbek and Russian languages; first aid/massage or similar training is an asset, ability to drive is an asset. Work schedule is 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Pay rate is $18 per hour. Accommodation is available at no charge on live-basis.
