Seeking experienced PSW(s) for an 83-year old male with dementia. Location: House near Don Mills & Finch. He currently has PSW service but requires additional evening help - 5:00 - 11:00 pm for assistance with feeding and bedtime routine - i. e. medication & eye drops, toileting, diaper change, dressing/undressing, brushing teeth, and bed transfer. He lives with my mother near Don Mills & Finch. Ability to administer meds & eye drops is an asset. Other assets - PSW/Caregiver certificate / First Aid / Police Check/driver's licence. He is equipped with a walker, hospital bed, falls mat, commode, transfer bench, and grab bars. He has a pleasant demeanour - not violent or aggressive. Willing to hire 1-3 individuals to cover multiple shifts - ex. Weekday PSW & Weekend PSW. If interested, please email me your resume/references.
