I'm a 36-year-old man with Quadriplegia Spinal Cord injury living in Sullivan Surrey with my family , looking for a Personal support worker female or male as my current female worker is moving out of city. Work Schedule : I need someone to work on Monday to Friday & Sat-Sun morning (08am-10am) afternoon Monday to Friday & Sat-Sun (03pm to 04pm) Some extra afternoon shifts (12pm-1230pm). If you got class 5 then you can drive my car to appointments with separate extra hours beside care & some Shifts can be adjusted. Work Required: The job involves assistance transferring from bed to chair and vice versa by ceiling lift ,change colostomy bag & assist intermittent condom catheter routines, light housekeeping of my room , maintain cleanses & alternative days shower . I prefer someone with experience in personal care, but I can provide training to someone who's willing to learn even if they don't have previous caregiver experience ( not even care aid)
