Italian-speaking female registered PSW, with special training in Parkinson's Disease required for an elderly non-ambulatory, bedridden woman for approximately 40 hours/per week. Hours consist of a 4-hour morning shift from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. daily, Monday to Sunday, an afternoon shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an evening shift on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Occasional overnights on the weekend (approx. 4-6 times/year) to assist with patient needs (including, and not limited to, diet and meal planning, meal prepping, groceries inventory, feeding, light housekeeping duties, bed repositioning, lift transferring, personal hygiene and grooming). Must have own car, be double-vaccinated, be Hoyer-lift trained, be a non-smoker, possess a police background check report within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one, have First Aid/CPR training, and possess minimum $2M in commercial general liability and $25K in abuse liability insurance or be a member of the OPSWA.
