Hello! I was a integration aide working with special needs young man 5-6 times a week, 35-45hrs a week. I did this for almost 3 years but have stopped due to the people I was working for taking advantage of me and my time and efforts. Due to this 'pandemic' everytime school closes for 2-6weeks at a time,I do NOT get paid and the people I was working for, continue to have him work on Zoom at home without me which has left me on 'standby' with no pay TO MANY times already last year and This year. With all that being said, I work with normal or special needs care. I need a SOLID 30-45hrs a week. I do housekeeping as well but that's another post on its own.😏 I can deal with 3 kids at the most at the same time. Being the eldest of 8 has made these jobs easy for me.
