We are looking for a live in caregiver to provide services to my 2 elderly parents in their home in Saint-Leonard, Qc. My mother is 85 years old and has mild dementia with reduced mobility, but she is not wheelchair bound. She's scheduled for a knee operation in late May, which will greatly help with her mobility. We would like the majority of the rehabilitation to be at her home, to not aggravate her dementia. My father is 95 years old and is fragile, but still mobile. We need assistance for daily hygiene, bathing, assistance walking, cooking, and keeping them company, There is already help from the CLSC in place that will continue. Family also visits every day to spend time with my parents and help with anything needed. The caregiver would have a private bedroom on the 1st floor, which is the same floor where my parents sleep. The caregiver would also have access to a 2nd living room in the semi-basement. Salary is negotiable, preference is for a registered pay
