It is important that the care provider speaks and understands Italian and is calm and has patience. My grandmother requires assistance with transferring in and out of bed, on and off the toilet, diaper changes as well has with bathing, dressing and grooming. She currently is unable to walk alone and uses a walker. She lives with my parents and is unable to go up or down the stairs a lot therefore she stays upstairs in her room. She is loving and loves to tell stories.
