We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team at Nest Era Home Care. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. • Provide companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and support clients' emotional well-being. • Provide Medication Reminders • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care. • Document and report on client status and care activities.
