Looking for in home care for 94 year old mother in own home in Guelph. Preferred hours are from 1 pm to 12 am (Midnight). Monthly rate please. Accommodations can be included. Duties: medication reminder, assistance walking within house and going to bathroom, meal prep and cleanup, laundry, house cleaning, take to appointments, grocery shopping, toileting, companionship. PSW/RPN/NURSE/CPR/POLICE CHECK please.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
