We find ourselves in need of two dedicated, compassionate caregivers to commit to part-time positions for senior home health care immediately. These roles involve taking care of our elderly parents in their own home, with assigned shifts lasting for twelve hours. You may be asked to cover either day (from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) or night shifts (from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m), specifically on Sundays. As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include very simple meal preparation (we will have food available), offering assistance with bathing and toileting, patient positioning and overseeing their home, ensuring that it remains a safe and pleasant environment. Previous experience or willingness to work with the elderly who has issues with incontinence (diapers), hearing impairment, and who may be bedridden, is crucial. This is not a live-in position, therefore, applicants must have a valid driver's license, and be able to use their own car for commuting to and from work or facilitating any necessary tasks. A commitment to work less than 20 hours per week is expected, but your compassion, dedication, and professionalism will make a significant difference in our parents' lives.
