Mobile and cognizant, conversational and interactive and needs help with various daily activities of living and cannot be left alone for long periods of time. She does not wander and likes to be very active visiting friends, relatives, going to the theatre, live music, travel etc. She is on a very healthy diet and lifestyle program specifically designed for stabilizing dementia symptoms. This has to be controlled because of the memory issue. PERSONAL CARE - - support with bathing, dressing, daily personal care MEAL PREP OVERNIGHTS (SLEEPING) VISITING ATTENDING EVENTS, GATHERINGS, EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT POSSIBLE TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS - DR APPTS, ETC CALENDAR PLANNING, UPDATING, ETC EXERCISING DRIVING* must have an excellent driving record
