Your patient is a lovely 84 year woman who has recently had health issues that required hospitalization. We need someone who will assist with her daily tasks until she in back on her feet. Could be a few months, could be longer. We need someone who will treat her like a family member and show her kindness, understanding, patience along with expertise from your previous, professional, experience. Tasks - from making sure she takes her daily meds, eating well and helping her with bathing and personal care and overall to keep things neat and tidy. And companionship as she heals and recovers.
