We are looking for a reliable and experienced live-in caregiver for my 96 yr old mother. Mum is very alert, has a great memory, loves conversation, nature, and reading. She is mobile with a walker and handles the basic activities of daily living. Her bedroom is on the main floor (hospital bed) with a fully accessible bathroom next door. Mum has some visual and hearing issues. You would help get Mum up and ready for the day, cook meals, give her medications, take her for walks or encourage walking/exercise in the house, socialize, do laundry, and light housekeeping. Get her ready for bed. Assist with pull-ups at night if needed. May include grocery shopping and trips to medical appointments.
