We are looking for a caregiver who can provide care for a 40 year old male in his home on the weekends. The schedule is broken into three required shifts throughout the day which include: Saturday and Sunday Morning: 7:30am - 11:30am (4hrs) Afternoon: 4:30pm-6:30pm (2hrs) Evening: 10:00pm - 11:00pm (1hr) Care will be provided for a 40-year old quadriplegic who requires extensive care in the area of manual transferring, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meal preparation etc.. The right candidate will also be able to help with household cleaning, laundry and cooking. Some experience working in a care-based role is desirable but not required as all training will be provided. If you require a living arrangement, we can discuss options for living in our home in a suite we have available. A shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry are available which may be shared with another caregiver. Home is walking to distance to all amenities including c-train, shopping, restaurants etc. Wage: $20hour for daytime hours. $25 for 1hr in the evening.
