No prior experience is necessary for the position, but a genuine readiness to connect on a human level and continuously learn will be vital. This role is comprised of handling the daily routine for my son, who at the age of 24, is afflicted with disabilities that restrict him to a wheelchair and prevent him from verbal communication. Despite his lack of the ability to speak, my son is a vibrant individual with a distinct personality and unique needs. The ideal candidate would be someone with a willingness to understand his unique mode of communication and personally cater to his distinct needs and preferences. Recognizing the challenge presented, we have made arrangements for appropriate on-the-job training which will be provided to the successful candidate. We will assist you in gradually understanding and adapting to the responsibilities involved, and equip you with the necessary skills required for the job.
