My father-in-law is 90 years old and is mobile (walks with a cane) and cognitively aware (early signs of dementia). He lives with his wife (87 years old) in the city but visits his kids / grandkids 1-2x per month in King City. My mother-in-law cares for him but does need a bit of extra help. We would need a live out PSW who could help with diaper changing, showering, shaving, getting him in & out of bed. It would also be useful to have a little help cleaning the bathroom, keeping the kitchen tidy, helping empty the washer /dryer and do basic grocery shopping from time to time (for longer stays). The frequency would be once or twice a month for for extended periods of time (2 weeks during March break & 1 month during the summer). You would need your own car.
