Hello, my name is Grace and I hail from Nigeria. I am proud to be a hardworking individual, embodying reliability and trustworthiness, characteristics that emanate from my Nigerian roots. In my pursuit of a fulfilling career, I've found myself drawn to serving as a Nanny or care giver, and I have special affection for children. These admirable qualities are deeply ingrained in my personality due to my experience in taking care of children back home, especially after retiring from active work life.
Over the years, I've had the joy of welcoming four adorable grandchildren into my family. Every time I get the pleasure of looking after them, it only reaffirms my passion for nurturing and caring for children. I treasure the time I spend with these kids, and it gives me a lot of happiness to engage them in various activities. Keeping children positively engaged comes naturally to me.
In addition, I'm more than capable of managing multiple tasks at a time, without compromising on the high standard of care and attention I bring to each responsibility and obligation. It speaks to my ability to remain poised and effective even under pressure.
In my previous job, I cared for two children: a newborn and a one year old, over the course of an entire year. My daily responsibilities included doing laundry, arranging their rooms, feeding the newborn, and ensuring they were well-bathed. Notably, the one-year-old child has now successfully transitioned into daycare, thanks largely to my nurturing care and attention. This has given me further confidence in my ability to positively influence and contribute to a child's early years.
