My main childcare experience has been being the primary care giver for my little sister (who’s 9 now) whenever my parents were away and needed her to be cared for. Started when she was born and continues to this day whenever they are busy, I’m the one who takes care of her. So over the 9 years I’ve pretty much done all you can think of. I’m a 24 year old university student studying kinesiology at the university of Winnipeg, I plan to finish my kinesiology degree next year and continue to compete my doctorate of chiropractic after. I have 2 sisters, ones 9 and the other 28. I live at home still as I’m in university. I love working out, sports, outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. I have a huge passion for health/wellness which has lead me to my studies to be a chiropractor. I have my CPR/First aid too. I do have my own vehicle. I finish school for the years April 12th which I am available to start right after! Excited to start with an amazing family!
I haven’t professionally worked as a nanny before but I have a 9 year old little sister (seen in my profile picture) that I have been the primary baby sitter/nanny for whenever my parents are away. Since she was a new born I would take care of her whenever my parents needed, until this day. Duties that would included over the years have been bottle feeding, changing diapers, putting her to bed, making her snacks and feeding her, taking her to and from school, taking her to sports, and everything else you can think of that a 0-9 year old needs, I was the caregiver for when my parents needed, which happens a lot as I’m sure you know! Have cared for multiple children at the same time for hours on end, when my cousins have needed their kids watched at the same time as my little sister, family friends children when needed too. So I am comfortable with 1-3 children at a time.
