I am a compassionate easy going individual who enjoys helping others in need. I chose this career as it had been a desire of mine since I was twelve years old as I used to visit with the elderly in our local nursing home on Sundays after church. My heart went out to them as many were sad and lonely and needed to be recognised as a person I valued their company and I soon realised that this was what I wanted to do. I passed my PSW course with honours in 2009, my placements included community working with mentally disabled individuals s well as working in a retirement home. I have experience with lifts, transfers, feeding and all ADL'S. I take pride in my work and am very dependable and trust worthy.

I have raised three of my own but I am actually wanting to work with adults.
