Hello, my name is Melyssa, a diligent and loving 21-year-old nanny hailing from Windsor. I have had the honour and pleasure of nurturing little ones for eight years. I am a proud non-smoker, and I hold a driver's license, which, alongside my personal vehicle, allows for flexible travel arrangements. What's more, I am a proficient swimmer and an adept baker!
I am enthusiastic about working with children of all ages, and I am comfortable attending to a maximum of three children at a time. I have a unique ability to work effectively with children with disabilities, fuelled by my nurturing spirit and empathic nature.
In terms of chores, I am willing and capable of doing various tasks including cooking, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, transportation, laundry, and homework assistance, just to mention a few. I am also perfectly fine with pet care and supervising other household staff when necessary.
Educationally, I am a college graduate and am certified in CPR and First Aid, which is valuable for children's safety.
I am in search of nanny roles, but I am also comfortable stepping into roles as a mother's helper, babysitter, or a nanny/housekeeper. I am open to either full-time or part-time employment, and I am comfortable with both live-in or live-out arrangements. Importantly, I am available to work at any time of the day, every day of the week.
At the core of my services is a fervent passion for working with children, so much so that my long-term career goal is to work at the paediatric ward of a hospital or the NICU. With the opportunity, I look forward to bringing a blend of love, empathy, nurturing, and energy into your home.
I have always loved children. I’m currently in the nursing program at st Clair college in Windsor and am looking for jobs that will be flexible with my school schedule.
