I am 39 years old Filipino citizen, a mother of a 10 year old girl. I am presently living in Whitby, Ontario. I worked in Philippines and Saudi Arabia as certified medical laboratory scientist in hospitals and I worked with patients from all ages from newborns to bed ridden. I have knowledge how to take care of old people, sick and children, basic nursing aids and attend to emergency cases as I am certified Basic Life Support Provider. Being raised independently, I can perform household chores and keep my surroundings clean and tidy. I am fast learner and easy to adapt since I have worked with multicultural environment in Saudi Arabia. When I was young, I had to work to sustain my studies and I worked all kinds of job. I am a mother of 10-year old. I do love children. I started to babysit when I was 8 years old from my cousin's son. I spent my mornings with my cousin's house babysitting since I had afternoon class at that time, and every weekends. Also, I helped my sister and brother in raising their children - 8 nieces and nephews. And the recent are 2 grandchildren (from my niece and nephew). I have no paid experience in babysitting, helper or being a nanny, however, being raised in a culture with close family ties, I can assure you that I will give my care and love to those family who will take of me too.
