Provided childcare as a part-time mother's helper for 4 children ages 1, 4, 6, and 8 years (November 2016- September 2022)- weekdays/weeknights. Involving transporting children by bus or foot to and from school to home and soccer games. Providing them with activities and amusement. Making dinner and household chores. Taking the kids on day trips around the city (parks, biodome, botanical gardens, etc) Provided childcare as a part-time, live-out nanny for 2 children ages 3 and 5 (January 2016- June 2016). Position took place mainly on weekdays during the evening. Made dinner, fed, bathed, and played with the kids. Put the kids to bed. Daily housekeeping after putting the kids to bed. Daytime activities included taking kids to the park, playing games indoors on colder days, etc. Provided childcare at a day-home run by a family friend. Currently attending Dawson CEGEP/College. The program I am currently enrolled in is Child Studies. I am certified to teach English as a second language (TEFL/TESL). After completing CEGEP I plan on attending McGill and pursuing a bachelors degree in Education for elementary school teaching.
