I am a young professional taking the summer off my job and looking for part-time work. I have previously worked as a casual babysitter for an amazing 1.5 yr old and I have extensive experience working with children in a summer camp setting. I have worked as a throughout university and would be happy to provide tutoring services in addition to childcare. I love to cook and am able to regularly prepare meals. I am active and I love to go for hikes and walks.

I have 6+ years of experience working with children within the realms of summer camp, coaching and tutoring. Most recently, I worked as a casual babysitter for a 1.5 yr old. I have worked for a local summer camp in various positions including Counsellor, Nature Specialist, Inclusion Specialist and Camp Director. As a counsellor, I worked with a team to ensure that campers aged 8-14 were healthy, happy and having fun during their time at camp. After three years of working as a counsellor, I worked as an inclusion specialist, where I served as a point person for campers in need of additional attention and support. In this role, I worked closely with children with behavioural issues or learning exceptionalities. As Camp Director, I worked with staff to address issues among campers and facilitated child-centred and restorative disciplinary practices. I also have experience working with children aged 3-6 as a cross country ski coach and as a tutor. I love working with children of all ages.
