My name is Katie and I am 27 years old. I love working with kids and love music. I have a bachelor's degree in music. I love traveling and have traveled to 5 different continents and 40 different countries. I enjoy teaching kids around the world in ESL and providing aupair care on the go. I'm looking to settle down now and focus on my master's. I was previously a nanny to another family for over 4 years and loved loved loved the job so looking for another family with whom I can build a close relationship with! I have 2 older sisters, 1 younger brother and 3 younger sisters. One big family! I am also married to a wonderful man who is a PhD student in software engineering and hoping to move abroad with him when he is done so I can teach ESL again!

I have experience in many different fields of childcare and education: 5 years as a private nanny/driver to a family from years of experience as a casual sitter for many different families, 5 years to one family and many one off experiences. 4 times as an aupair in 4 different countries including Italy, Germany, France and Japan 1 year as an ESL teacher in China to kindergarteners and middle schoolers. I am also doing my master's degree in education at the University of Manitoba and love working with kids. I have a 2-3 year window I am looking to work as a private nanny.
