I am a responsible, caring and reliable person who loves to be outdoors. I grew up around children as my mom has had an in home playgroup for the last 15 years. I have worked on and off as a nanny for the last 4 years and have substituted for infant and toddlers to preschoolers at Island Kids. Academy in Victoria. I admire children's creativity and curiosity for the world and enjoy helping them to learn and grow everyday. I am a Canadian citizen but I currently live in Oregon with my family and work as a nanny for several families. I am moving to back to Victoria in September and would like to continue working with children and furthering my experience. I have my first aid and a valid oregon drivers license that I plan to switch to a BC license shortly after moving. I am comfortable with animals, can do light housekeeping, meal preparations and love taking children on outings.

I have worked as a nanny for several families at a time and have a lot of experience caring for multiple children at a time from ages 1 to 6 years old. My duties for the families include taking the children on outings such as parks or libraries, fixing meals, changing diapers and putting child for a nap when needed. I have also worked at a preschool as a substitute where I would assist the primary teachers with activities, rest time and small field trips. I am not currently in school but have taken an emergency child care first aid CPR/AED course.
