I am an English speaker; my ancestors are from England, Germany, Ireland, and Scotland. I have worked with seniors for most of my life, starting in my 20s as a dietary aide, pharmacy tech, and companion. I enjoy cooking, showing people around town, and driving I cared for my mom with Dementia from 2009 to 2013 after my dad passed away from cancer. I raised two wonderful children on my own who are now young adults; during that time, I also cared for and cooked for my parents since the early 2000s. When I had a home, I used to do all the gardening. I enjoy shopping and gardening either alone or with others. I play golf occasionally and the saxophone. I also like to sing and listen to music.
I was the neighborhood babysitter as a teen and young adult. I looked after small children for a few years I've helped friends with their children, I helped a lady with her teenage son with mild autism while she traveled raised my two kids on my own with the help of my parents from the time they were school-age until their early 20s.
I have a high school Ged, almost 2 years of the bachelor of science at Douglas College, I have taken bookkeeping and accounting certificate courses in the past and I took the pharmacy technician course 2004
