I am a young woman who is currently obtaining her Bachelors of Justice Studies at Royal Roads. My studies are part-time and I also work part-time as a server. I have no human children of my own, but I do have a puppy who is now like a baby to me! In my free time I love to go on bike rides, play tennis, read, go for walks, or just curl up on the couch.

While I do not have professional experience in childcare, I have years of personal experience as I have two sisters who are 13-14 years younger than me. I have been looking after them often since they have been born. I believe that children should be active in their minds and bodies, but rest time is important too! I would take them outside to play or go for a walk, do lots of art activities with them, read a book, anything that facilitates development and relationship building.
