My name is Amber and I am an adventurous 30 year old who believes in living life to the fullest. I own a life coaching business and work flexible hours from home during the week. My mission is to help women break free from the boxes that are keeping them stuck and start creating and living the life that lights them up. My work is extremely fulfilling and brings me endless joy, but it also allows me to live the life that lights ME up. I love to travel and explore new places- in the past couple years I've had the privilege of living and working from my laptop in Whistler, Halifax, Montreal and all over Greece. Although I am now calling Vancouver home for the foreseeable future I am excited to see what this city has to offer. I am an outdoorsy gal- on most days you can find me down by the water reading and meditating or on a power walk through the forest. I am a dancer, an avid snowboarder, amateur yogi and I love to sing. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cheesy chick flicks, potlucks with my girlfriends, cold plunges on the full moon and deep chats about life, love and everything in between. My philosophy is that we only have one life to live so we might as well live it- I carry this into every relationship, opportunity, experience and job that I enter into. As a nanny/babysitter my intention is to create safe spaces for your children to explore, learn, grow, have fun and make memories. Just like I help my clients create and live the life they want to, so too do I help the kids I spend time with be themselves and love their life. I have been caring for children in various capacities (babysitting, nannying, tutoring, camp counselling) for 17+ years. I've worked with children from newborn to 13 years old. My responsibilities have included waking children and getting them ready for the day, driving children to school and various activities, meal prepping and cooking, light housework, bedtime routines, helping children with homework, providing emotional support and conflict management, organizing fun activities from biking to craft making to imaginative play, and more. My experience with babies included bottle feeding, stimulating age appropriate play, rocking to sleep, diapering, taking baby for stroller walks, etc. Between 2020-2022 I nannied for 3 families with children of varying ages from 2 years old to 9 years old, and for the past 9 months I worked as a part time live out nanny for my goddaughter. I started when she was 3 months old and just finished up as she started daycare.
