Hello there! I’m Paulina and I have over 5 years of experience in childcare, mainly newborns and children with special needs and disabilities. I'm looking for a long term full time/part time position I truly enjoy taking care of children, planning well rounded days, and providing a safe and fun enviornemnt for kids to flourish! My approach is to care for children by getting down to their level, following their interests, wholeheartedly engaging, and supporting the child and parent's lead. I provide montessori activties. We got outside once or twice a day. I include music and reading daily too. Story time is with either books, felt board stories or a puppet show. I also bring the children to the community garden, parks, the library and play gyms. I have an: Undergraduate Degree in Psychology Child Care Worker certificate Circle of Security certificate Emergency First Aid for children And more courses and tons of first hand experience with children and families.
