I am the eldest of three raised by a single mom. I enjoy reading, taking long walks and learning new things. My childhood taught me the importance of a supportive community and that even the smallest bit of help goes a long way, especially in a family with working parents. I went into babysitting as a 12 year old when I completed the Red Cross Babysitting Course. Although I have worked the typical jobs of youth since then, I found that being the helping hand of a parent and meeting the needs of a child has been the most fulfilling experience. Since 2015, I have been babysitting for a multiple families on an on call basis with a couple of long term families. I have learned that although each family has different needs, the ultimate peace of mind is coming back to a clean, calm and happy home.
