Looking for part-time work. Bubbly and energetic ECE student whose work with a variety of ages (0-16 years) in Childcare facilities, day camps and previous babysitting jobs. I enjoy nature, music, and singing, and reflect my creativity and imagination while interacting with children. I hope to be a mother of my own in the future, however, in the meantime, I continue to enjoy caring for children of all age groups and encouraging activeness and expression. In the future, I also hope to further knowledge in child therapy and outdoor education. Early on in my adolescence, I began caring for my younger sibling and branched out to care for infant cousins and neighour's children. I have three years experience working in an art camp accommodating for children ages 4 to 16 years old with at least one child having a minor diverse need. I organized art activities, theatre productions, costume designs, parties, classes and camps. I am also knowledgeable of diverse and active outdoor and indoor activities for small and large groups. As for early childhood, my university studies provided me with preschool, toddler and infant level experiences: • Developed weekly activity plans, providing group, sensory, art, and gross/fine motor opportunities • Facilitated and modified ideas and activities to ensure quality, inclusiveness and developmentally appropriate • Planned child-interest directed activities of the varying domains and skills, implemented proper teaching strategies including serving nutritious hygienic meals, applying teaching methods, and providing affection and safety to children I also have experience changing multiple diapers applying the appropriate safety regulations.
