I am a second-year student at Queen's University who is looking for a summer nannying or babysitting job in Toronto, Ontario. I am currently enrolled in the Concurrent Education Program to be a teacher. I have worked in many childcare centers where I honed my ability to create enriching and supportive environments for children of various ages, worked closely with lead classroom staff, developed strong collaborative skills, and gained a deep understanding of individualized care. In addition to working with and caring for children, I love baking and decorating cakes, hiking, running, and animals. I am a kind, welcoming, and patient individual who enjoys taking on new responsibilities. I am looking forward to meeting you and your family!

Over the past 5 years, I have experience babysitting, working in childcare centers, and doing teaching placements. In these positions, I have fostered a safe and enjoyable environment for children between the ages of 4 months to 12 years old. As a teacher candidate, I believe all children should have access to a comfortable environment to learn, play, and grow!

I am currently working towards a bachelor of science in psychology and a bachelor of education in the primary-junior stream with a concentration in special education. Within my education, I have worked alongside professors and graduate students to contribute to research related to promoting inclusivity for students with autism and developmental disabilities.
