My name is Sarina, I am 25 years old and currently a master's student in counselling psychology. My program is currently fully online, with the in-person aspect (practicum) beginning September 2025. I am currently fully available as my school schedule is flexible, and can fit in full-time hours. I am also open to part-time hours for the right fit. My dream is to work as a registered psychotherapist with children and youth who are experiencing mental health challenges. As such, I am eager to work as a nanny to enhance my rapport and relationship building skills with children. I am committed to providing your child(ren) and/or pets with compassionate care, treating them as my own and having their best interest at heart. In addition to my experience in childcare and tutoring, I have previous experience as a crisis responder for Canada Suicide Prevention Service. Further, I've worked in the medical field as an administrator. I also have extensive experience in hospitality, as a server, bartender, and front of house manager. In my free time, I hang out with my partner, our 2 cats and 2 dogs. I engage in adult colouring, journaling, meditation, and exercise. I also like to cook and experiment with different ingredients. When choosing to go out, I enjoy concerts, art shows, theatre and stand-up comedy. I also love animals and prefer the outdoors, when the weather permits it.

I have worked privately as a tutor/mentor with an at-risk 17-year old boy, diagnosed with ADHD and substance abuse. Additionally, I have after-school care experience with 3 children, ages 4-11. Further, I have worked at the University of Toronto Schools as a Student Supervisor during the pandemic, with school-aged children ages 11-17.
