My name is Switzeraine. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mindanao in 2011.
After graduation, I was unable to find immediate employment, as I had taken up the responsibility of caring for my paralyzed grandmother. After a year, I secured a job as an English tutor at English DRS Academy, an institution that has since closed. My role involved teaching basic to advanced English to Korean and Japanese students, ranging in age from 7 to 70.
I belong to a small family in the Philippines, being the youngest and the only daughter of my parents. We have a family business back home, but I chose to venture to Canada to explore new opportunities.
On a personal note, I enjoy singing, watching movies, and TV series on Netflix. I am fond of solo-travel, as it offers me solitude, and the chance to connect with different people all over the world, which brings me immense joy. I have a passion for cooking and love to experiment with new recipes. I cherish the feedback I receive as it allows me to improve my culinary skills.
Lastly, I adore children. Their presence brings me happiness and helps me forget about my worries, even if it's only for a while.
I don't really have the professional experience in a childcare. However, I've taken care of my younger cousins, nephews and nieces when they were younger. Their parents would send them at our house whenever they are busy at work or if they needed to go somewhere.
I graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
