Over the past four years, I've been on quite an adventure babysitting and helping kids with their studies, from the tiniest babies to the older ones still in school. My way of looking after kids involves being clear and friendly in our conversations, making sure they're safe and comfy, and fitting in with each family's unique style. But what really fuels my passion is my family. I have an older sister who's seven years older and she's on the autism spectrum. I've been there for her since I was in the sixth grade, not because I had to, but because I love her so much. It's been a journey that's taught me patience and how to be extra kind. It's made me realize that every kid, no matter what makes them unique, deserves care and support. My family experiences have strengthened my commitment to creating a warm and welcoming space for all kids, one filled with kindness, understanding, and a genuine desire to help them thrive.
