Volunteered as Childcare Assistant at Maria Montessori Foundation Nepal, Butwal •Ensure children's safety and health •Assist each child participate in activities and succeed •Monitering activities such as working in team, art, indoor and outdoor activities& games, music, stories etc. •Assist and encourage each child in learning eating, dressing, and using washroom •Assist with paper works, prepare progress report for each child •Positively communicate child's progress to their respective parents/guardians Cared for 30-40 children at a time.
