Luciane Cavalcanti worked with me from the Spring of 2012 until I moved away in 2020. She was a real help to my family right from the start and has grown to become a good friend as well. I was introduced to her through a neighbour and friend who gave her a glowing review as a housekeeper. Luciane worked in that capacity, helping me around the house on a weekly basis for nearly 8 years. She was amazing at that job and often took on challenges without direction - she was able to identify needs before I even knew that they were there. Luciane helped to restore a sense of calm and organization into my life and her work was invaluable to me. Luciane also cared for my 4 children as an occasional babysitter over those 8 years. She started babysitting for us when my second child was just in diapers. She stayed with us as we added more siblings to the mix. Not only was she up for the challenge of having 4 young children under her care, but she was eager for the opportunity to give me a night out while she watched them all. She was not at all phased by having a newborn and 3 other children under the age of 7 and the kids actually looked forward to their "date night with Luciane". I'd come home to find the kids all fed, washed and tucked into bed soundly. Luciane has a real talent with my children and they all love her very much.
