I am from Colombia. I came to Canada in February 2021 during the Pandemic as an International Student. I am under my Post-Graduated Work Permit now. Spanish is my native language; French is my second language (C1) and English is my third one (B2-C1).
I am a responsible, sensitive, and attentive woman. I am passionate about learning about other cultures. I like to travel and meet new places and people. I like crafts, sports (I play volleyball), sharing with friends, and being in contact with nature. I love animals and caring for the environment.
I have always liked taking care of children. In fact, I have always been in contact with their education and care, since from a very young age, after school, the bus dropped me off at the kindergarten, where my mother worked as the director. In my country, I took care of my little cousins, while my uncles had to attend to other work commitments. I started working as a babysitter sometime after I arrived in Canada, in 2021, as a part-time. I had the opportunity to take care of 2 children: Liam and Lucca.
I took care of Liam during the week, from 5 to 9 at night, while the mother came home from work. For 7 months, approximately. He is 2 years old. I helped him with his dinner, changed his clothes, played with him, and put him to sleep. I stopped taking care of him because his mother needed someone to take care of him from morning to afternoon.
I took care of Lucca for approximately 3 months, on Saturdays and Sundays from 4 pm to 12:30 am. I played with him, took him to the park, gave his dinner, helped him take his shower, and put him to bed. He is 3 years old, and I stopped taking care of him because they went to Italy to have his second daughter.
