I am a housekeeper and a hands-on mother of five, who are now aged 5 to 23. I have taken care of my mother who had complications of pneumonia and who was bedridden (NGT fed) for a year (2002) until her death; a father who had a stroke and had to be give PT exercises regularly (1998 - 2008); and an aunt who was diagnosed with a terminal stomach cancer (2009).
I have a background in Psychology, I volunteer in various Social works; I have First Aid CPR class C and Food Safe certificates from Canadian institutions. But more than these, my greatest qualification is my sense of humor.
Since my youngest son will be in full-time school by September and husband's work schedule is fixed from 6am to 2pm, I am free anytime after 10am everyday for any live-out care/housekeeping jobs. I am currently doing child day care in my house for 2 pre-school girls, and ironing jobs on weekends.
Prior to my marriage, we have a kindergarten school at home where I substitute and help out when required.
Then, I had my family who are now aged 5, 8, 13, 18 and 23; their primary care and discipline has been mine, although I do professional Consultancy work at the same time, when we were still in the Philippines.
All my children did and are doing well in school. My eldest is a full scholar in college, my 2nd is an elementary Valedictorian and honour student throughout her secondary education; my Grade 7 has been conferred a Mathematics award and academic excellence certificate the last school year, my Grade 2 is also a star words awardee. I am confident that my youngest will also excel when it is his turn. I brought them up to love school and continuous learning. They are couteous, God-fearing and well-behaved.
I am a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology; and had my Caadian training in First-Aid CPR and Food Safe.
