I'm mature, energetic, and have recently moved to B.C. from Ontario to join my family. I specialize in the sciences and worked in the medical/veterinary field most of my life. Early school age children love taking nature walks (usually en-route to the park), while I introduce them to various flora and fauna! I have always been an avid rider and horse manager, having trained and competed in Ontario. I have also studied art and home decor, so paints and coloring are very high on the list of fun activities! Reading is another passion of mine and I enjoy reading children's stories and acting out the roles with interesting voices, adding even more fun and imagination to the activity.

Energetic, 60's mom of three successful daughters, with three grandchildren, I have experience caring for children of all ages. As a home Daycare provider I enjoy making daily activities FUN for children. I have worked in the preschool environment as well as managing my own Daycare-at-home Service where I cared for five children from 4 - 8. Special needs children are a pleasure and we seem to have a natural bond! Whether shy and withdrawn or outgoing and active, I relate well to and enjoy interacting with all children!
