I believe that children need positive role-models who make them feel safe while parents are out of the house. As a babysitter or a nanny I have no problem getting my hands dirty to have fun with the kids but I also find it imperative to follow the parents rules and regulations. I am fair and compassionate, willing to listen and communicate with both parent and child. I don't smoke but I do vape and always out of the house and never around children.

I have looked after children ages 0-12 and adults with developmental disabilities. I have experience with medication (following times and using blister packs), keeping journals of behaviors, dealing with mild behaviors, and general babysitting. I have knowledge of First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention, and I have a vehicle. I have worked in a day care so I have experience in planning activities and working with more than one child at a time.
