My name is Anita and I am currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program at Lambton College. Throughout my studies, I had the opportunity to gain practical experience by doing my placement at London Bridge Oak Ave Daycare. This experience solidified my passion for childcare and has inspired me to pursue a career in this field. In the future, I aspire to run my own home daycare, where I can provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to thrive. On a personal note, I am blessed with a loving family consisting of three children and three grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way. Being a parent and grandparent has further deepened my understanding and dedication to ensuring the well-being and development of children. Not only have I been actively involved in raising my own children, but I have also fostered children through Children's Aid. This experience has taught me the importance of offering support and assistance to those in need, and I take great pride in being able to contribute positively to the lives of children. Overall, my journey in the ECE program, my personal family experiences, and my involvement with fostering have all shaped me into a compassionate and dedicated individual eager to make a difference in the lives of children.
