Hi, I am a single mother of two. I have worked for over 30 years in the health care sector. I have always worked in private residences, whether it be with children, elderly, mentally disabled, or physically disabled. I recently went back to school and received my DEP as a beneficiary attendant. ( PAB) I have great people skills and it pleases me to take care of people. I believe my character trait comes from my mom because at the age of 5 years old, my mother opened up a residence for the elderly, and it was her passion for over 25 years. I acquired the same passion for caregiving as she did. I love music. Music is my healing power. I don't think a day goes by in my home where myself or my children are not listening to music. I find it soothes me.

I believe the best experience a person has is hands on. Although, I have never worked specifically with children. I brought up two of my own, along with many nieces and nephews. I also volunteered my services quite a few years ago at an elementary school for the kindergarten classroom.
