I'm Mona, a 35-year-old individual currently residing with my aunt's family. I came to Canada as a student in December 2022. Back in Iran, I was a Children's Language Teacher, both online and in person. My classes were engaging, filled with activities like puppeteering and games, making learning fun for kids. I have a natural affinity for children, and I've noticed that they are drawn to me, perhaps because I tend to wear a smile all the time. In terms of experience, I've looked after my niece, nephew, and younger sisters, and I also volunteered at an orphanage in Iran. I've learned how to create an environment that encourages kids to explore, stay creative, stay happy, and keep learning. Apart from my passion for working with children, I hold a Bachelor's degree in computer software, and I'm enthusiastic about coding. My goal is to find a position in this field once I've honed my skills. I'm no longer a university student and have a work permit, which allows me to dedicate my time to self-study. I also enjoy cooking and believe I can be of help in that regard.
