I am a hardworking student, perusing my diploma in Early Childhood Education at Algonquin College. I have always loved working with children, I am the oldest child and have many younger siblings and cousins that I babysat and helped care for over the years. I am polite, responsible, and energetic. I love getting on the floor and playing princesses or pirates, cars or anything and everything in between. With technology so accessible and at the forefront of everything these days I believe in getting the kids outside, exercising their imaginations, and developing their para-social skills in a fun and easy-going environment. You should be comfortable and in-sync with whomever is in your home, and especially those you trust with your children. I have been caring for children all of my life, and I started babysitting when I was 11/12 years old. I have worked with a variety of households, each with their specific needs and shape of a family. I have been a “date-night” babysitter for a 9 year old, a nanny for 4 children (aged 7-10), a camp councillor at many different camps (children’s ages vary), and a mothers “right-hand” in the early months of baby’s life.
