My name is Ana Sofia. I'm originally from Alberta, where I grew up on a farm and babysat/nannied many of the kids around. I love being active and being in the outdoors, most days you'll find me going for a run on the beach or doing hikes on the weekends. I'm a very extroverted person who loves helping others and making their days easier. I am currently studying psychology and hoping to go into developmental psychology as I always want to understand and study the best ways to support youth on this ever-changing planet.

I have worked with children who have cognitive and physical disabilities, been a caretaker for infants to 13 years old, along with caretaking experience for adults. Currently, I'm volunteering at Vancouver Childrens Hospital with children that may have cognitive and physical disabilities.
